In the Groove – June 24th, 2014

I feel very confident about being in the shop now.  I have had a little over 3 weeks of working full time now.  I know the inventory well.  I know how to sell what we have.  I know the process of most everything we do now.  The owners listen to me and respect the ideas and opinions that I have, which I am very appreciative of.  The guys have made it really comfortable for me to be working alongside them.
